Wind River Estates Homeowners Association sports a neighborhood pool.  Our pool is located on Wind River Lane and is for use by Wind River Estates Homeowners Association Members.  Those who are not guests of association members may be prosecuted for tresspassing.  Parking along Wind River Lane or in the cul-de-sac of Caddo Circle may result in a parking ticket.  Also, parking in the grass adjacent to the pool area is forbidden.  Please review our Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions (CCR's) and the Pool Rules for the number of guests allowed.  The pool closes each night at 9:30 pm sharp.  Individuals using the pool after 9:30 pm are subject to trespassing and law enforcement will be notified.  Our pool has been designated as a "No Smoking Area" so that all may enjoy a healthy environment.  Our pool is inspected and treated several times weekly by professionals.  If you lose your key to the pool, please contact Susan Garrett of Lone Star Association Management.  There will be a replacement fee for the key.
