June 2010 - Fleas and other insects are a huge problem this time of year. Keeping in mind the safety of pets and children, contact Away Pest Control for safe, alternative, and organic treatments at (817) 491-1190. Tell 'em "Sergeant Steve" sent ya!

If you notice trespassing, vandalism or other criminal acts at our pool, don't hesitate to call the police at 349-8181 or 911.

If you notice someone taking pictures in your yard, please contact the police. The HOA does not enter yards without permission or proper notification.

A child was injured in the pool area by a piece of glass and the pool was closed. Please do not bring any glass objects into the pool area.

The next Board of Directors meeting will take place on July 12, 2010 beginning at 6:30 pm on the 3rd floor of Dogwood Estates. Don't forget that our large, Annual Meeting takes place in August.

We will have another go at our neighborhood garage sale on August 7, 2010 beginning at 7:00 am.

April 2010 - Many thanks to board member John Angoco and his landscape team for planting around 16 new trees along Wind River Lane. Thanks John!

March 2010 - Our neighborhood pool is being given a face lift to make improvements and also upgrade to meet new state and federal regulations. John Angoco continues to plant trees around the neighborhood.

Street Light Initiative - By the end of February 2010 we would like to have all street lights that are out have their bulbs changed and working. To do this we ask that you help out the neighborhood and call (940) 349-7000 if you notice a street light out. Be prepared to give them an address where the street light is located. Thanks neighbors!
