The Social Committee is to provide leadership and the organizational talents necessary in establishing recreational and social activities for the members of the HOA. The committees goal is to provide events geared to the interests and needs of the HOA members. They will develop an annual calendar of events, provide budget request, and arrange, organize and supervise all events. |

The ACC is comprised of current board members and provide assistance in establishing and enforcing community standards in the realm of the associations architectural scheme. The goal of the committee is to preserve the aesthetic qualities and the quality of living in the community. Being well versed in the Covenants and legal documents of the HOA are imperative. Additionally they will be responsible for reviewing, approving or disapproving all request for improvements to existing homes. |

This committee provides assistance and request in establishing and maintaining community pool standards. The goal of this committee is to preserve the pool resources for maximum enjoyment. The committee will provide input and request for budget items for the community pool and periodically update the Board of Directors on special needs. |

The Landscape Committee provides assistance in maintaining and enhancing the HOA's common areas. The goal of the committee is to enhance and preserve the common areas in order to reflect the quality and personality of the community. The committee is also charged with the Yard of the Month Program. They recommend a grounds maintenance program, regularly inspect the common areas for problems, and provide input on various subject matter. |

The Crime Watch Program is a group of concerned Wind River resident volunteers who offer their time to patrol, and report any suspicious activities within our neighborhood.. Additionally they volunteer to educate our neighborhood on crime prevention. |

The Board of Directors in conjunction with Lone Star Association Management oversee the day to day operations of the HOA. The Board of Directors are HOA members in good standing which have been elected by all HOA members in good standing. The Directors meet monthly at Dogwood Estates and hold an Annual Meeting each August. |
