Wind River Estates Homeowners Association, is comprised of four hundred and thirty homes nestled into a beautiful environment with four stocked ponds, walking trails, a members only pool and convenient access to I-35.  Accessible merchants nearby are Dove Creek Animal Hospital, Unicorn Lake, CVS Pharmacy, Cinemark Theater and the Brickhouse Gym.
