We will be having another neighborhood garage sale on August 7, 2010 followed by a neighborhood picnic.

Wind River Estates Homeowners Association is comprised of four hundred and thirty homes nestled into a beautifully landscaped environment with four stocked ponds, a members only, smoke free pool facility, walking and running trails, and very convenient access to Interstates 35 East. Accessible merchants nearby are CVS Pharmacy, Cinemark Theatre, Brickhouse Gym, Sonic, Cafe Deluxe, Sleepin-Dogs.com Website Designs, Away Pest Control, Pourhouse Restaurant and Texas Isshinryu Karate at the Brickhouse Gym. With all the establishments being developed in the ongoing development of Unicorn Lake just east of our neighborhood here in Denton, Texas we are very excited.

Wind River Estates HOA is a non-profit corporation that exists to help preserve our property values through architectural controls, design guidelines, and deed restrictions. The HOA provides for the maintenance of all common areas and community amenities through the collection of semi-annual dues. Our HOA is professionally managed through the guidance of our Board of Directors by Lone Star Association Management. Our Community Manager is Mrs. Susan Garrett, (469) 384-2088 ext. 112. They are located at 2500 Legacy Drive, Suite 220 in Frisco, Texas 75034.

We encourage you to become involved in your neighborhood within your limits. The four most effective ways of staying in the know about your HOA are, (1) Frequently visiting this website, (2) Signing up for Wind River Email News, (3) Volunteering, and (4) Attending our Annual HOA Meeting each August. Additionally there are monthly board meetings held on the 3rd floor of Dogwood Estates each month. The date is usually on our calendar on the "Events" page.
